Timeshares are very popular. People like the Idea of having a situation that forces them to take a vacation. The Idea of having somewhere familiar to go or the choice of going somewhere they would like to go. However the
prospect of timeshare is very ;expensive, limited and can be a hassle. I am going to make a brief comparison of timeshare Vs the luxury resort membership packages that I offer through my home base business opportunity.
First lets talk cost. A timeshare can cost anywhere from $10,000 to $18,000 and up front. I offer 2 packages a three year limited package, the Gold package for $1,495.00 and the platinum unlimited life time transferable
package at $2,995.00. Thats a huge difference. There are moreAir Max Ltd cost with the Timeshare, maintenance fees, from $900 up to $1,500 a year.
Money used to maintain the property. The Vacation package is a Travel club so you have to pay for your stay (eight days and seven nights), the total cost for this is $298 to $798 plus normal hotel taxes and fees. If you stay
all inclusive with the membership it is extra also. No timeshares are all inclusive, you dont even get the choice. With the money you paid for maintenance fees you could have stayed two to five week with your vacation
membership. With the average price of $15,000 for the timeshare you could pay for the platinum package and have enough left over for 20 Plus vacations.
Ok, Lets go over restrictions. With a timeshare you are restricted to one week one property out of the year. Some timeshares have what they call swapping programs. Some are good and some are a nightmare. With the Gold
Vacation package You can travel two week out of the year with a choice of over 5000 properties. With the Platinum package you have no limits, you can travel every week of the year, if you wish. You have the same choices of
properties, over 5000 three to five star resorts. Plus with the gold package you have what are called guest week that can be used by friends or family, unlimited also. Sorry no guest weeks with the gold plan.
Before I close I would like to take a minute to also compare the Luxury vacation packages to the (so called) "discount" online travel services. I will take some recent comparisons that were give by the parent company, in

this is your normal mode of booking.
Well why do you think Timeshares Only is selling so many timeshares. Because the people who have had one want out, and the people who dont know any better are still buying them. Dont be either of these, be smart and
spend you vacation dollars wisely. If you travel more that two week out of the year you cant afford not to be a Luxury vacation member. Stop throwing your hard earned money away on expensive Vacations when you can save
from 40% to 70% and stay at Luxury resorts, where you want when you want all over the world. There are discounts on cruses too. Happy travels to all.
